Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who work in Dayton and the Miami Valley area and do real water damage jobs. That can include:

• Flooded basement cleanup contractors
• Contractors who also handle rebuild work after drying

You should be comfortable with local conditions. Spring flooding, summer humidity, winter frost and hail storms all shape the work here, and homeowners notice when a provider understands that.
