Complaints Policy

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Arthuroccasion Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Arthuroccasion Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Arthuroccasion Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@arthuroccasion.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
